Music education encourages a lifelong appreciation of music, provides a platform for discovering the arts, and has been proven to bolster academic perfomance and self esteem. Music brings children together and allows them the freedom to express themselves and feel happy in the midst of a sometimes stressful school day.

Bell is fortunate to offer music instruction at all grade levels, and, with your support, we can maximize our students’ experience and interactivity with music by providing rhythm instruments, Orff instruments, woodwind recorders, props and costumes for assemblies and shows, musical scores, CDs, DVDs, and other resources for the music room to engage and inspire our children.

Having a variety of instruments and materials available allows the music program to serve the wide range of interests and grade levels at Bell School, as well as to increase participation from students so they can discover the joy of music first hand!

This initiative benefits the entire school community.
